Tenant Representatives are such rare creatures – they must have an ability to go on a free wheeling negotiating spree and yet maintain a high level of attention to detail. They have to remain even tempered when under siege from over zealous Landlords and yet go to war when their clients are under financial attack… characteristics that don’t exist in many humans.
