KEY STEPS TO OWNING A HOUSE

The buying price of the house is divided into equal values paid monthly for a period of five to twenty years. The houses are provided by LATAK for ownership acquisition.

2. CONSTRUCTION TOKENS SCHEME

This is achieved by customized periodic savings through organized groups such as SACCOS or individuals as up-takers of set construction projects. Individuals can contribute from as low as 100/- daily for three to five years.

3. OUTRIGHT PURCHASE

Members can buy or build houses at competitive prices through cash or loans at low interest from our local or international financial partners and developers.
