Landlords and Tenant Agency of Kenya was registered in 2018 under the Societies’ Act 108. This was informed with the fact that the Tenancy sector lacked modesty amongst interested parties between those who want to earn an income and those who are looking for a basic need.

A housed society that provides Landlords and Tenants with the right to Shelter , development and decision participation and benefits free of all forms of discrimination, neglect, cruelty, misuse and exploitation.
Our mandate and objective is to advocate for and ensure that affordable housing is accessible to every member with quality and conducive living and working environment within all premises in Kenya while embracing the spirit of harmoniouscoexistence between landlords and tenants, Estate/ and or property Agents, among others on the rights of all Parties, Duties, Obligations and Responsibilities of all matters in tenancy.
